Shipping and returns
We offer free delivery and reshipment on all orders within Germany and the EU. Delivery within Germany takes approximately 1 to 3 business days. Please note that the delivery of international orders can take a longer time and depends on the responsible shipping service.
Each order is provided with a tracking number after shipment. This number will be sent to you by e-mail including a link. It will allow you to check the status, the current location and estimated delivery date of your package at any time.

1. Das Produkt muss in neuem, unbenutztem Zustand sein. Alle Etiketten, Spezialverpackungen oder Accessoires müssen vorhanden sein. Unvollständige, beschädigte, benutzte oder veränderte Ware wird nicht akzeptiert.
2. Der Antrag auf Rücksendung muss innerhalb von 60 Tagen ab dem Lieferauftrag gestellt werden.
3. Das Paket muss aus dem gleichen Land verschickt werden, in das es versendet wurde.
Wir arbeiten mit Naturmaterialien, da kann es in Ausnahmefällen vorkommen, dass trotz sorgfältiger Prüfung ein Defekt vorliegt. Solltest Du deine Bestellung trotz eines Mangels nicht zurücksenden wollen, wende Dich bitte an uns. Wir werden mit Dir zusammen eine geeignete Lösung finden.
Die Bestellung kann innerhalb von 60 Tagen retourniert werden. Die Rücksendung ist innerhalb Deutschlands und der EU kostenfrei. Um einen Antrag auf Rücksendung zu stellen, sende uns bitte eine E-Mail an firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving the package we check the condition of the goods and the details for correctness. The processing can take from 2 to 7 working days. Once this process is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be made in the same currency using the payment method you selected at the time of your purchase.
The payment of the purchase price is due immediately with the conclusion of the contract. If the due date of payment on the invoice is determined according to the calendar, you will already be in default by non-observance of the date. In the event of default, we are entitled to charge interest at the rate of 5 percentage points above the respective base interest rate for the year. In the case of legal transactions, in which a consumer is not involved, we reserve the right to demand interest on compensation claims in the event of default at a rate of 8 percentage points above the base interest rate. We reserve the right to prove higher default losses caused by delay and to assert § 288 para. 3, 4 BGB.
We accept payment in advance, credit card, PayPal, and direct debit. In order to process your payments, we will transmit your data upon completion of your order via a safe connection to our payment service provider Klarna (Klarna AB (publ); www.klarna.de). If your place of residence is outside of Germany, payment is only possible in advance, by credit card and PayPal. Payment in advance: when paying in advance, you have to transfer the invoiced amount upon completion of your order within 7 days to our account. With payment in advance, the specified delivery time shall apply from receipt of payment in our account. If the amount due is not in our account within 7 days, we can withdraw from the contract. Payment via PayPal: here you pay the invoiced amount via the online service provider PayPal. You have to register with PayPal and/or be registered so that you can legitimize your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception is in the case of guest access, if applicable). You will receive further instructions in the course of the order process. After the amount has been received in our bank account, the goods will be sent. Payment by credit card: Your credit card account will be debited immediately after completing the payment process. All entries and control checks relating to your payments will be carried out and saved by the payment processor. Payment by direct debit: when paying by direct debit, we are revocably authorized to collect the invoiced amount from your specified account. If the direct debit cannot be redeemed due to lack of funds or because of false details provided about the bank account, or you object to the debit, although you are not entitled to this, you will have to bear the costs and fees of the chargeback if you are responsible for this. The debit of the account shall be carried out before shipment of the goods. All payments are to be made without deductions to MH Berlin GmbH. Payment shall be deemed to have been made only after the amount is freely available to us. A set-off shall be excluded unless the set-off claim is undisputed or has been legally established or acknowledged by us in writing. You can only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship. Exclusions do not apply if a counter-claim is made which emerges from a justified non-cash claim from a refusal of performance or asserted rights due to a deficiency.
Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a recap of your order details. We will prepare the parcel for shipment and confirm your order by sending you the invoice by email. Please contact us with your order details if you do not receive this email within 24 hours from completing your purchase. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.
All Maison Hēroïne products are manufactured from the highest quality materials, tested for quality. We exclusively use the finest Italian natural leather, pure silk, specially treated cotton, and scratch-resistant hardware. This is the only way to ensure that we meet the high expectations of our Hēroïnes and that they will enjoy their Maison Hēroïne handbag or accessory for many years to come.
Our bags are made of scratch-resistant leather with a smooth surface. In order to preserve the color brilliance, the leather should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Any impurities can be removed with a special leather cleaner. Apply a small amount of the product to the affected area with a soft cloth, gently remove the residue and allow the bag to dry thoroughly. Then, with another soft, lint-free cloth, apply a gentle moisturizer in circular movements and polish to regain the shine of the material. A transparent leather care product or silicone wax will maintain the smoothness.
The outer sides of some of our models are made of leather in Crack-look. The areas where the cattle hair is visible must be treated with special care. Although this special leather is waterproof, liquids should be carefully dried and impurities gently tapped off. To maintain color brilliance, do not expose the leather to direct sunlight.
