We offer free express shipping in Germany, EU and worldwide on all orders from 39 €. If your order arrives before 12 noon, the package will be sent on the same day, carefully packed by hand.
- In Germany, the package will reach you in 1-3 working days.
- Delivery within the EU takes 2-3 working days.
- In non-European countries, delivery can take 5-10 working days.
Returns are free of charge in Germany, the EU and worldwide and can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
We accept payments by instant transfer, credit card and PayPal. To process your payments, we transmit your data to the respective payment provider via a secure connection after the order has been completed. If your place of residence is outside of Germany, payment is only possible via instant transfer, credit card and PayPal.
a) Payment by instant transfer: In cooperation with Klarna and Payone, we offer you payment by instant transfer. If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure website of Sofortüberweisung, where you can use your usual online banking data (PIN and TAN) to initiate a direct transfer to us via your bank. When paying by immediate transfer, the delivery times specified apply from the receipt of the money on our account. If the amount does not reach our account within 7 days, we can withdraw from the contract.
b) Payment via PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You have to register with PayPal or be registered there, then legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception, if applicable, guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process. After the amount has been credited to our account, the goods will be sent.
c) Payment by credit card: Your credit card account will be charged immediately after the payment process has been completed. All entries and checks on your payment are made and saved by the payment processor.
All payments are to be made to MH Berlin GmbH without deduction. A payment is only considered to have been made when we can freely dispose of the amount.
A set-off is excluded, unless the set-off claim is undisputed or legally established or acknowledged by us in writing. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship. Exclusions do not apply if it is a counterclaim that arises from a claim in kind that entitles a refusal to perform or if rights are asserted due to a defect.
